01 Quotations
Prices shown on this website are indicative and quoted per unit exclusive of GST. A quotation issued by us is valid for the period stated on it. No price is binding until it appears on a written quotation signed or confirmed by both parties.
02 Orders and confirmation
An enquiry made through this website is not an order. An order exists only when we issue an invoice against your written confirmation and you accept it. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry.
03 Payment
No payment is collected on this website. Payment is made to Prezr Talent and Trade Ventures LLP against the tax invoice we raise. Unless separately agreed in writing, first orders are payable in full before dispatch.
04 Festival delivery
Orders confirmed and paid after 10 August 2026 cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Onam on 26 August 2026. We will inform you before accepting such an order.
05 Goods and specification
Goods are supplied to the specification recorded on the quotation. Photographs on this website are representative. Handloom and dyed textiles carry natural variation in shade and weave, which is not a defect.
06 Shortage, damage and returns
Shortages or transit damage must be reported in writing within three working days of delivery, with photographs. Goods made to order, including branded packaging and custom sizes, are not returnable.
07 Title and risk
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
