What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the company name, your name, phone number, work email, delivery city, GSTIN if you provide it, and the details of your requirement. We collect nothing else. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send you a quotation, to fulfil an order you place, and to raise the corresponding tax invoice. That is the whole purpose. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form.
Who sees it
Your enquiry reaches Prezr Talent and Trade Ventures LLP by email and, where you choose the WhatsApp option, through WhatsApp. Where an order requires it, we share the delivery address with our manufacturing partner and the courier. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to orders are retained for eight years, as required by Indian tax law.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
